HTML Web Design has a strict Privacy Policy, which ensures that ALL information that we receive from any customers or prospective customers is held in the strictest confidence.

Names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses and any other information, which you may divulge to us, will NEVER be disclosed, given, sold or transferred for any reason. We will NOT use your information to contact you regarding promotions etc.

We do ask each of our clients to allow us to display a 'thumbnail image of the work we have created in our 'Portfolio' page. Clients are free to refuse this however, most see the advantage gained from the incoming link to their site and the possibility of our prospective clients viewing their websites.

The only exception to this policy shall be when we are legally bound to divulge such information, in confidence, to appropriate legal authorities for official investigative use.
